Welcome to Icon Marketplace. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Icon Marketplace offers two primary services:

  • Model Marketplace: Purchase of verified creator contracts, delivered with profile information, introduction, and onboarding support.
  • Model Scouting Service: Custom recruitment of creators based on client requirements, using a combination of paid ads and outreach.

Each service is subject to its own pricing, delivery timelines, and warranty conditions as outlined on the website.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • You must act as an agency or professional representative capable of contracting with creators.
  • By purchasing, you confirm compliance with all local laws related to adult content and management.

3. Payments

  • Payments may be made via Stripe (credit/debit cards) or approved cryptocurrency processors.
  • Prices are listed in USD.
  • By completing a purchase, you authorize Icon Marketplace to charge the selected payment method for the agreed amount.

4. Refunds & Warranty

  • All Marketplace purchases are covered by a 7-Day Warranty, as described in our Warranty Policy.
  • Scouting refunds are only applicable if Icon Marketplace fails to deliver the agreed criteria (e.g., number of models, niche, timeframe). Refunds are not issued for subjective dissatisfaction once agreed requirements are met.
  • Refunds are processed only in USDT (ERC-20), even if the original payment was made by credit card.
  • The refund amount equals the USD amount paid at the time of purchase.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, accurate requirements when using the Scouting service.
  • Maintain professional communication with creators.
  • Use purchased contracts only for your agency’s direct operations. Reselling or transferring contracts is strictly prohibited and voids warranty coverage.

6. Creator Engagement

  • Icon Marketplace delivers verified creators as outlined in listings or scouting agreements.
  • Final contracts between agencies and creators are signed directly and must reflect the terms shown at purchase.
  • Agencies are responsible for managing the professional relationship after onboarding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use Icon Marketplace for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  • Misrepresent your identity or agency.
  • Attempt to force creators into agreements outside the pre-agreed scope.
  • Harass, threaten, or exploit creators.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of service and loss of warranty eligibility.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Icon Marketplace is not responsible for the future performance of creators after delivery or signing.
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from misuse, poor management, or unrealistic expectations by agencies.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Icon Marketplace’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, where Icon Marketplace LTD is registered.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
