What Our Warranty Covers

You are entitled to a 100% refund if:

• The creator becomes unresponsive for more than 48 hours without notice.
• The creator refuses to sign your contract (if required).
• The creator abruptly discontinues collaboration for reasons outside your control.
• Any misleading or false information was provided in the listing that harms the collaboration.

Refunds are always issued via the original payment method (Wise or Crypto).

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

To protect both agencies and creators, the warranty does not apply if:

• The agency was unprofessional or rude toward the creator.
• The agency tried to negotiate new terms different from those listed.
• The creator leaves due to the agency failing to deliver results or requesting unreasonable workloads.
• The agency attempted to resell the contract or involve unauthorized third parties.
• The creator noticed the agency was clearly a beginner without capacity to manage properly.
